Thank you for all you do. My son and I had to unexpectedly start over in life after a tragedy in the family and then a divorce, all of that, including the rising cost in the prices of food. This program has helped sustain us and get is through some hard times. We really appreciate what it's done for our family. Someday we hope to be able to give back in a big way!

The positive impacts that the WIN program has on our students, families and schools are truly indescribable! WIN provide our school with so much - daily healthy snacks for every child in our school and a weekly delivery of healthy, nutritional snacks that are always available to our students. Knowing that there is ALWAYS comforting food available when a child is struggling emotionally, hungry, tired or sad makes such an incredible difference for our school - all thanks to WIN and our generous community.

I started volunteering with Whidbey Island Nourishes five years ago. I was drawn to WIN because of my own situation when my kids were young years earlier. I had found myself in the middle of a divorce, limited income, a kid with multiple allergies, and it was challenging to make ends meet and I wasn't the only one in that situation.

We have not been food insecure this year, we have felt abundantly cared for, and WIN is a big part of that. My kids are fed. The food delivered, removing all barriers to eating well and feeding my family well makes all the difference.
