Whidbey Island Nourishes at WICA: ft. The Unknowns
WICA, in support of Whidbey Island Nourishes, hosts this necessary fundraiser, featuring a social at 7:00 PM with appetizers by Biercuterie and music by Philip Van Seters in Zech Hall. Guests will learn how they can support food insecure youth on South Whidbey. Following the presentation, The Unknowns take the stage. The Unknowns are an award-winning five-piece band who combine the sound of vintage jazz, blues, and soul with a contemporary pop twist to create an upbeat and unforgettable sound. Featuring three-part vocal harmony backed by keyboard, guitar, ukulele, acoustic bass, and drums, they approach original songs and timeless jazz standards with the same contemporary polish. Tickets are $65.
